• Primarily provides patient care.
• Handles intake and discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients as scheduled.
• May serve as a Case Manager for a group of assigned Wound Care Center patients, as assigned and depending on Wound Care Center setup.
• Assists in vein clinic as assigned after Healogics Vein Clinic training is completed.

Applicants should have an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required);
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).

• Current RN license to practice in the state of AZ.
• BCLS certification.
