Salary $90,000 - $135,000 per year.

We are searching for talented Mechanical Engineers for our Scottsbluff, NE and Fort Morgan, CO locations. • Design, develop, and enhance mechanical systems and processes using AutoCAD.
• Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Conduct research and implement new design and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilize knowledge of mechanical controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment is operating at optimal levels.
• Use CMMS to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Ensure all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and CMMS.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing preventative maintenance programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
