Salvage Rework GRD Operator

At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role is $27.78 per hour.

• Must be able to accurately detail plans and product usage
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position

• Schedule flexibility to move to assist where the current rework opportunity needs exist
• Good verbal/written communication skills and communicate with all levels of employees

• Designed to be the primary planning, scheduling, and executing person for the reworking of problem product
• The key elements of this position are to maximize the opportunities to reduce the inventory of problem cheese by executing a developed plan without jeopardizing product quality or SOI
• All other duties as assigned.

This is a Night shift position

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Experience in food or dairy industries
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
