Controller

Support day-to-day accounting and timely, accurate financial reporting while strengthening controls and scaling processes. Reports to the CFO and partners across the business, including on audits and acquisitions.

• Accounting Operations: Manage GL, A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations; prepare journal entries and account reconciliations; maintain policies and internal controls; mentor accounting staff.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Drive month-/year-end close under GAAP; prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors; support tax and regulatory compliance.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis: Provide data for plans/forecasts; analyze variances and trends; build concise reports/dashboards for leadership.
• M&A & Integration: Assist with diligence; standardize processes, systems, and reporting across acquired entities.

• Required: BA/BS in Accounting/Finance; 5+ years progressive accounting experience; strong GAAP knowledge; proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Net Suite, Quick Books Enterprise).

Preferred: CPA/CMA (or in progress);
