Accounts Payable Clerk

This is a full-time position located in Fort Myers, FL. The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage day-to-day financial operations related to accounts payable, including processing and verifying invoices, reconciling statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additional responsibilities include inputting data into accounting software, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and communicating with team members and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Organizational skills and attention to detail are key aspects of this role.

• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Invoicing processes
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented and organized with time management abilities
• Previous accounts payable or related experience preferred
• Familiarity with maintaining accurate financial documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting certifications or coursework is a plus
