Neo Genomics has an opening for a Senior Training Program Specialist, Commercial Education & Effectiveness who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. The ideal candidate will be located Remote Non-CA with travel to Fort Myers for a week every other month.

Position Summary

The Senior Training Program Specialist owns the operational backbone of the Commercial Education & Effectiveness (CEE) training calendar. The role plans and runs the logistics for approximately five new hire training classes per year, each built as a virtual week followed by a week-long in-person program, and partners with the corporate event planning team on the Global Commercial Meeting (GCM) and Summer Session.

The Specialist schedules and confirms presenters, manages hotel and program logistics, prepares materials, administers the learning platform and the CEE SharePoint site, and maintains attendance, completion, and evaluation records.

This is a program and project management role. The Specialist is the single point of accountability for ensuring programs run on time, on budget, and without disruption to learning.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end logistics plan and timeline for approximately five new hire training classes per year, working backward from each class start date across both the virtual and in-person portions of the program.
  • Schedule and confirm presenters for virtual training sessions, including invitations, calendar management, content collection, quality review, and same-day support.
  • Manage hotel, venue, and participant travel logistics for week-long in-person programs, including room blocks, meeting space, audiovisual requirements, food and beverage coordination, and accessibility needs.
  • Partner with the corporate event planning team on the Global Commercial Meeting (GCM) and Summer Session, owning the Commercial Education & Effectiveness training workstream.
  • Serve as the onsite point of contact during training programs, managing materials, shipping, badges, signage, room setup, and agenda changes.
  • Track and reconcile program spend against budget, including vendor contracts, hotel invoices, purchase orders, and cost summaries.
  • Build and maintain the Commercial Education & Effectiveness SharePoint site, including document libraries, permissions, metadata, version control, and naming conventions.
  • Audit and retire sales training content on a scheduled basis and coordinate required internal reviews for clinical, marketing, and claims-related materials.
  • Administer the learning platform, including curricula, enrollments, assignment rules, reporting, and learner record migration activities.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, completion, assessment, and evaluation records and create post-program reports.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other digital tools to organize, track, and report training activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication within the commercial organization regarding training events, schedules, and updates.
  • Support onboarding for new sales and support team members by ensuring system access and training resources are available before day one.
