Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our team in Tampa. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and assessing job sites, coordinating with customer supervisors, and ensuring all work is completed according to client specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of field operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and assess job sites to determine scope of work and ensure proper implementation of client requirements
- Communicate directly with customer supervisors to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project goals are being met
- Supervise field teams to ensure work is being performed according to safety standards and project timelines
- Ensure quality control and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating field operations to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with client specifications and contractual obligations
- Provide on-site guidance and support to field personnel as needed
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, measurements, and any changes to project scope
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Field Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong ability to measure and assess job sites accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact professionally with customer supervisors and field teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in field operations
- Ability to travel to job sites and work in outdoor conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus
