We’re seeking a Senior Site Development Estimator with deep civil experience to help lead complex bids and mentor the next generation of estimators.
This role is for someone who understands the dirt, the drawings, and the decisions — and takes pride in getting it right.

Senior Site Development Estimator (Civil)
📍 Southwest Florida | Full-Time
What You’ll Do
- Lead full cycle estimating for site development and heavy civil projects, including:
- Earthwork
- Underground utilities
- Roadway and paving
- Stormwater and infrastructure
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing
- Develop scopes, assumptions, and exclusions
- Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Analyze risk, constructability, and production rates
- Collaborate closely with operations, project managers, and leadership
- Support bid strategy, margin review, and final pricing decisions
- Mentor junior estimators and support estimating standards

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of site development / heavy civil estimating experience
- Strong understanding of civil construction means and methods
- Proven experience with:
- Large-scale earthwork and utilities
- Unit-price and lump-sum bids
- Ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications
- Strong judgment around risk, scope gaps, and constructability
- Clear communicator who works well with field and leadership teams
