• Plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC projects from design to completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Serve as the main client contact, providing clear communication and responsive service.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and optimize performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure a smooth close-out process.

As a Project Manager, you’ll drive the success of our most critical HVAC installations—balancing leadership, technical skill, and client engagement to ensure every project reflects our commitment to results driven project execution.

• 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, budgeting, and leadership abilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and codes.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
