At Coastal Dance Company, we’re not your typical dance studio. We’re an on‑site dance company! Our classes take place at schools, recreation centers, and after‑school programs throughout Southwest Florida.

We’re a small but mighty team that truly values creativity, community, and connection. We believe dance should be fun, expressive, and inspiring for our students and our instructors!

• Teach engaging and age‑appropriate dance classes at various schools and recreation centers
• Create your own lesson plans, no curriculum required! (We’ll provide inspiration and guidance when you need it.)
• Choreograph your own routines for class and performance opportunities
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment for students
• Capture photos during each class
• Communicate with our team and location staff to stay organized and informed
• Keep students safe and supported during every class
• Attend any recital, showcase, or performance scheduled

• Experience teaching or working with young children
• Proficiency in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop
• A positive attitude and the ability to connect with students
• Reliable transportation to travel between class locations
• A flexible and team‑oriented mindset
• CPR certification is a plus, but not required
