This is a contract, remote role for a Paint and Sip Event Coordinator at Wine and Canvas of Greater Fort Myers. The Event Coordinator will manage and organize paint and sip events, ensure customers have a fun and seamless experience, and serve as the main point of contact for venue partners, clients, and artists. Daily responsibilities include planning and scheduling events, coordinating with venues and staff, promoting events to attract participants, and providing excellent customer service to clients and attendees.

• Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in Sales and client relationship management
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events
• Proficiency with virtual tools, emails, and social media promotion
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Passion for art, creativity, and engaging with people is a plus
