As an AT&T Wireless Support Member , you will be the friendly voice helping customers navigate their choice in smartphones and wireless plans. Our intensive training program is designed to build the AT&T Wireless Support Member expertise in mobile connectivity, sales fundamentals, and customer account management from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Wireless Support Member
Recommend AT&T mobile devices, wireless plans, and connectivity tools based on customer usage patterns and service goals.
Launch structured outreach campaigns to promote bundled upgrades, data plans, and mobile service enhancements.
Guide customers through account setup, plan selection, and activation workflows using CRM platforms and approved AT&T protocols.
Log customer interactions, purchase intent, and service milestones to support campaign tracking and performance reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve provisioning delays, documentation gaps, and service escalations across AT&T’s mobile ecosystem.
Share customer insights and engagement trends to refine outreach strategies and improve mobile service delivery.
