We are looking for a Healthcare Project Architect to join our Fort Myers team.

Grace Design Studios is seeking a talented and driven Healthcare Project Manager or Project Architect with 5-10 years of relevant experience to lead projects and cultivate strong client relationships in our Fort Myers Health + Wellness Studio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare design and leading complex projects from concept through substantial completion.

• Lead healthcare projects of varying scale through all phases of design and construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and project success.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining compliance with healthcare codes and standards.
• Oversee and contribute to the production of high-quality construction documents.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative studio culture.
• Collaborate with multiple offices and team members.

• Accredited degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong background in Florida based healthcare projects.
• Strong project and client management experience, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with healthcare codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
