Are you ready to design your future? Be our next Senior Architect/Project Manager – Mission Critical, based in the Coral Gables office or any other FL location.

• A Project Leader represents EXP’s interests, leading project teams from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Construction Phase. The Project Leader is the primary Client Point of Contact.
• Oversee design and technical teams; coordinate schedules with Program Manager and Project Manager.
• Manage in‑house and outside subconsultants on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring technical coordination and design integrity.
• Develop design documents, present to clients, and ensure compliance with building code and ADA requirements.
• Supervise bid and construction phase activities both in office and on site.
• Act as technical resource for project teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture required.
• Detailed knowledge of architectural practice with emphasis on client interaction, design development, and preparation of construction documents.
• Working knowledge of specification preparation, building materials, construction cost coordination, and building codes.
• Experience in construction administration.
• Previous experience with mission‑critical projects preferred.
• Licensed Architect required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit preferred; working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch Up.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Ability to balance client and PM expectations while meeting deadlines and lead a multidisciplinary design team.
