Position InformationLee Physician Group – Allergy and Immunology is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained, board-certified Allergy and Immunology Physician to join the practice as the Medical Director. The practice provides a full spectrum of diagnostic, consulting, and treatment services for pediatric and adult patients, including oral challenges, food desensitization, skin testing, immunology, immunotherapy, and spirometry. The Medical Director will provide oversight to 3 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers across 5 practice sites.
The outpatient role will be primarily direct patient care in the Allergy and Immunology clinic with Medical Director administrative hours scheduled as needed. A flexible schedule is available with no weekends required. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with system leadership and participate in strategic planning and decision making for the Allergy and Immunology department.
- Provide direct patient care in the Allergy and Immunology clinic.
- Offer Medical Director oversight to 3 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers across 5 practice sites.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision making for the department.
- Schedule Medical Director administrative hours as needed.
- Collaborate with system leadership on initiatives to advance allergy and immunology services.
- Fellowship-trained, Board-Certified in Allergy and Immunology.
