LPG Hospitalist Medicine is seeking board eligible/board certified Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physicians to join their team. This exclusive physician group is team-oriented, quality-focused, and industrious. This position offers a clinical schedule of 7 days on/7 days off for patient care responsibilities. Our Daytime Hospitalists typically manage a patient caseload of 18 patients.
In addition to patient care responsibilities, the Associate Medical Director (AMD) provides up to 36 administrative hours per month. This individual serves as the medical leader for the campus physicians and APPs, handling tasks such as recruitment, scheduling, supervision, attending meetings, and coordinating care among physicians and APPs, aligned with the mission and vision of Lee Health and the LPG Hospitalist group.
The AMD collaborates with site AMDs, department operational leaders, and senior division leaders.
