Provides operational leadership and support to multiple hospital-based physician services. The Director collaborates with dyad partners in acute and post-acute settings, reporting to Operations leadership and supporting the division Medical Director. Responsibilities include managing practice operations, financial and clinical activities, performance metrics, volume growth, regulatory compliance, budgeting, marketing, quality monitoring, staff education, program development, and system initiatives.

Requirements Educational- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration

- Extensive background in healthcare business and operations, strategic planning, multi-specialty services, hospital-based and physician services, and public health programs
- Florida licensure required
- ACMPE certification preferred
