Position Information:LPG Rheumatology is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board‑eligible Rheumatologist in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology to join our team as Medical Director
. The ideal candidate will have completed fellowship training in Rheumatology and be passionate about providing high-quality, patient‑centered care.
Our practice operates across three outpatient clinics located in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Estero
, with this leadership position primarily based at the Bonita location. We value continuity of care and collaboration, working closely with multiple specialties within Lee Health
, including Pain Management
.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team, partner with system leadership, and actively participate in strategic planning and decision‑making to advance Rheumatology services across the health system.
