Job overview:
The Judge Group is seeking a Site Medical Director for an esteemed Occupational Health Client. Physicians with experience in Occupational Health, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, or General Surgery are encouraged to apply. Occupational Health experience is not required.

• Spend 90% of time clinically treating patients; remaining 10% focused on recruiting, business metrics, patient/client happiness, and center management.
• Spend 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care, creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Ensure day-to-day execution of medical model collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
• Manage clinicians and support staff; comply with APC supervisory requirements.
• Create a professional and collaborative working environment with full colleague participation that promotes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient safety.
• Work with DMO to identify and implement changes to ensure continuous clinical improvement.
• Master use of clinical systems to ensure efficiency, excellent supportive documentation, appropriate coding, charge capture, and follow-through on all patient care orders.
• Ensure compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations.
• Drive patient and client experience metrics.
• Call and communicate to employers on all new injuries and other significant clinical changes.

• Graduate of an accredited medical program with an M.D. or D.O.
• Board eligible.
• State licensure in the state of jurisdiction.
