SFCA Preschool Administrative Coordinator

SFCA Preschool is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to assist with preschool day-to-day operations. This is a unique opportunity for a positive, energetic individual who loves Early Education. The skilled individual will have a heart for ministry and the desire to work in a Christian environment. Applicants must have 3 years experience in an Early Childhood Education setting. Preferred candidates will have CDA/Staff Credential or 45 hours DCF state training.

Job Requirements Excellent time management and multitasking skills including follow up Strong organizational and systems skills

Adept at creating and following processes to ensure compliance in teacher/staff files and scheduling

Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments

Professionalism and friendliness when communicating with internal departments, parents, and teachers

Self-starter and the ability to independently problem-solve

Proficient using the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
