• Project management
• Survey preparation
• Communicating with clients
• Assistance with marketing efforts

• Experience supervising field crews and office technicians on survey projects
• 5 years of experience with surveying and mapping projects
• Knowledge of boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, design surveys, construction staking, platting, and title commitments
• Project management skills for scheduling and client communication are preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team; field experience a plus with the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Flexible and willing to work on a variety of projects
• Active Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license or ability to obtain one
• Valid Florida driver’s license and excellent driving record
