Finance and Insurance Manager - F&I Manager Job Description

Automotive Finance Managers help our customers arrange the purchases, and also present them with additional products and enhance their vehicle ownership experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Full proficiency with title laws and registration processes.
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately submit deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals.
• Accurately audits all deals post‑sale.
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.

• Prior experience in finance management or F&I is required.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Professional experience.
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
