Associate, Equity Specialty Services / Doc Preparation

This position is based out of our Fort Myers, FL office and is eligible for a hybrid schedule after successful completion of our 90-day probationary period.

Job Overview

The Associate, Equity Specialty Services is a key contributor to delivering exceptional service to our Solo 401(k) customers while also facilitating the creation of Limited Liability Corporations (LLCs), Business Tax IDs and other specialized solutions. The role supports the goals and objectives of Equity Trust Company leadership and ensures an outstanding client experience at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Gather, review, and verify required documents for completion of services offered through Equity Specialty Services.
  • Provide client support to our Solo 401(k) customer base.
  • Form business entities for our customers.
  • Create unique business tax IDs.
  • Work with stakeholders across teams located in Ft. Myers, FL and Westlake, OH.
  • Monitor and maintain operational pipeline.
  • Monitor and update corporate actions.
  • Institute continuous improvement approaches where appropriate; assess processes and make recommendations for workflow improvements.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve team, department, and overall business goals.
  • Multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Provide project support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred.
  • LLC product knowledge or financial services experience preferred.
Professional Certifications
  • None required.
Technical Skills
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Salesforce (CRM) experience preferred.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
