Fort Myers, Florida (Hybrid Schedule) Salary:
$145,000 - $165,000 Base + Bonus
Why This Opportunity Stands Out- Serve as the primary finance partner to the President and collaborate closely with the Group CFO Lead the finance function for a growing $20M PE-backed division with executive-level visibility
- Influence key business decisions around growth initiatives, pricing, margins, investments, and resource planning
- Own and improve financial reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics that drive strategic decision-making
- Play a critical role in acquisition integration and multi-entity financial operations
- Leverage and enhance Net Suite, Power BI, and reporting automation capabilities
- Develop and mentor an existing finance team while creating greater accountability and operational excellence
- Gain exposure to domestic and international operations, including multi-currency accounting environments
- Opportunity to modernize processes, strengthen internal controls, and build a best-in-class finance organization
- Serve as the senior finance business partner to division leadership, providing insight on revenue, margins, operating expenses, and EBITDA performance
- Own month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet integrity
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis across multiple entities and locations
- Improve financial processes, reporting timelines, internal controls, and operational efficiencies
- Support acquisition integration efforts and drive finance system optimization, including Net Suite
- Develop and mentor the finance team while building accountability and high-performance standards
- Experience leading finance and accounting functions within a multi-entity, multi-location organization
- Strong background in consolidations, intercompany accounting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Net Suite experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting executive leadership as a strategic finance business partner in a hands‑on environment
