Division Controller

Location:
Fort Myers, Florida (Hybrid Schedule)

Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 Base + Bonus

• Serve as the senior finance partner to the Division President with direct exposure to strategic decision-making
• Lead the finance function for a growing $20M PE-backed division with multi-entity and international operations
• Influence business performance through pricing analysis, margin improvement, growth initiatives, and investment decisions
• Opportunity to modernize reporting, streamline close processes, and build scalable financial infrastructure
• Play a key role in acquisition integration and finance transformation initiatives
• Partner closely with executive leadership, including the Group CFO, on high-impact projects
• Develop and mentor an existing finance team while building accountability and operational excellence
• Leverage Net Suite, Power BI, and other reporting tools to enhance business insights

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Division President, providing insight into revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBITDA performance
• Own month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet integrity
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis across multiple entities and locations
• Improve financial processes, reporting timelines, internal controls, and working capital management
• Support acquisition integration efforts and optimize financial systems, reporting, and data analytics capabilities
• Develop, mentor, and hold accountable the finance and accounting team

• Experience leading finance and accounting within a multi-entity, multi-location organization
• Strong background in consolidations, intercompany accounting, month-end close, FP&A, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Net Suite experience strongly preferred
