Lee Physician Group Critical Care is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our Advanced Heart Failure ICU at Health Park Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL. Candidates should have experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in Critical Care or Cardiology; a mix of both or ESLO certification will be given preference. This role will require ECMO training and obtaining ESLO certification.
Candidates can expect to work six nightly shifts a pay with no call. Providers utilize EPIC EHR and dictation software in both settings.
