As we continue to grow, we are looking for full-time licensed clinical social workers to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.

• A dedicated patient base and a consistent referral flow, eliminating the need to worry about referral volume.
• Be a part of the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team along with our nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists.
• A balanced work-life schedule with flexible hours. No nights, weekends, or off-hours are required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1 million/$3 million, provided.
• Salary of $70,000-$80,000 commiserate with relevant experience with additional room from growth.
• Uncapped bonus opportunity

• Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state of Florida
• A completed masters in social work.
