Page Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Activities Assistant to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that promote resident engagement, socialization, and overall well‑being. • Plan and implement activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of residents, including games, crafts, outings, and other recreational programs.
• Encourage socialization and interaction among residents, families, and staff through various activities and events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and vendors to provide opportunities for residents to engage in outside activities.
• Collaborate with the activities director to create and implement activity programs that meet the needs of our residents.
• Assist with daily living tasks and support the overall care of residents as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation, activity schedules, and supplies.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the activities program.

• Prior experience in a healthcare or activities setting (training provided).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
