What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional, personalized massage and body treatments that deliver an exceptional and restorative experience for each guest. while ensuring a comfortable and relaxing spa experience.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with Sunseeker Resorts, state, departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

* JOB DUTIES:

*** Provide guests with a luxurious, safe, and relaxing spa experience that aligns with Sunseeker’s elevated standards of service.
* Perform a variety of massage and body treatment techniques offered in the spa menu, tailoring each service to meet individual guest needs and preferences.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of current massage modalities, techniques, and trends, incorporating best practices into each treatment.
* Escort guests to treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and spa facilities while ensuring comfort and privacy.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all treatment areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies meet hygiene and safety requirements.
* Report any maintenance, equipment, or safety concerns to Spa Management promptly.
* Complete all services within the allotted time while maintaining professionalism and exceptional guest care.
* Support spa operations by assisting with laundry, restocking supplies, and maintaining an inviting environment throughout the spa.
* Uphold all resort and departmental grooming, safety, and sanitation standards.
* Attend required trainings, meetings, and continuing education sessions to maintain licensure and enhance skill set.
