About The Opportunity

TOPTAL CARE Inc is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (L&D) to join a premier women’s health team in Fort Myers, FL. This contract is ideal for travel or local candidates motivated to deliver high-acuity labor and delivery care in a supportive work environment.

You will work in a 19-bed unit with ratios of 1-2:1, caring for diverse, high-acuity patients. The team values integrity, collaboration, and a welcoming culture for all staff and travelers.

• Provide expert labor and delivery nursing care in a fast-paced unit
• Maintain strict clinical documentation using Epic EMR
• Float to sister facilities as required (travelers float first)
• Participate in on-call rotation (12 hours per 6-week period)
• Adhere to hospital and staffing agency standards

• Active Florida RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience and prior travel/contract role
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA required)
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring completed and passed
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring/EFM Certification preferred
• High comfort level with high-acuity L&D patients
• Degree accreditation on profile OR 5 years of RN experience required
• Must comply with 50-mile radius rule
• All time-off requests must be declared at application
