DescriptionDOCS Health is seeking to build a reliable network of qualified Paramedics to support FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) by providing essential medical support and assistance during emergencies and disaster response efforts. These are part-time, as-needed positions — but when activated, the role becomes especially vital in maintaining the health and operational readiness of those responding to national emergencies.
We are looking for Paramedics to provide services at FEMA disaster sites on full-time/part-time temporary assignments. Services will be provided 24/7 in 8-hour shifts. You will play a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare services to FEMA personnel involved in critical services during natural disasters, public health crises, and other emergencies.

Requirements- Provide direct patient care to FEMA personnel.
- Assess and prioritize medical needs, ensuring timely treatment.
- Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare and emergency response teams to coordinate care.
- Educate individuals and communities on health and safety during disasters.
- Assist in setting up and managing clinical sites in disaster areas.
- Complete a paramedics training program accredited by the Commission of Accreditation of Allied Health Educations.
- National Registry certification as a paramedic preferred. CPR/BLS, ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 1 year recent clinical experience as a Paramedic.
- Hold an unrestricted license in a U.S. state, territory, or Commonwealth.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work hours.
- Handle high-stress situations effectively in challenging environments.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams with a positive attitude.
