Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Florida State Licensed Therapist at Fort Myers Academy in Fort Myers, FL. ✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!✨

Ft. Myers Academy (FMYA) is located in Fort Myers, Florida. It is a moderate risk, all‑female program contracted through the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. The academy offers comprehensive care and treatment, specializing in evidence‑based intensive mental health services, with qualified supervision hours. We provide a serene and supportive environment to promote healing and recovery.

Pay: $80,000.00 annually

• Develop, implement, and oversee case plans and treatment programs based on student needs and agency requirements.
• Provide individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring therapeutic goals are met.
• Report to the Clinical Director and supervise group living staff, ensuring proper support for students.
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to ongoing program development.

• Required: MA, MS or MSW;
  Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Required: Prior Case Management experience with juveniles, including three years.
• Preferred: Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III).

5 days a week, with 2 days off.
