Are you a warm, welcoming, and friendly individual with a passion for creating exceptional member experiences? Lexington Country Club is looking for a Dining and Event Reservationist to join our team and be the first smiling face our members encounter.
Responsibilities- Greeting and seating members in a courteous and professional manner.
- Addressing guests’ inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming entrance area.
- Answering a multi‑line phone system.
- Managing reservations and waitlists effectively.
- Assisting with special projects.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and have a polished and professional appearance.
