We are seeking a motivated Agent Relations Recruiter to help grow our network of independent insurance agents and agencies. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding JSA’s reach by recruiting new agents while also working with existing partners to add new carriers and product lines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship‑building, flexibility, and performance‑based rewards.

• Connect with prospective agents and agencies through outbound calls to introduce JSA’s value, opportunities, and support model.
• Build relationships and establish new partnerships with independent agents.
• Review agents’ current carrier appointments and insurance licenses with the state Department of Insurance.
• Accurately complete and maintain intake forms in our CRM system.
• Support the team by assisting with additional projects and initiatives as needed.

• Flexible schedule:
  Available hours between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Thursday.
• Part‑time hours:
  Approximately 24–30 hours per week.
• Some weeks may have reduced or no hours due to company events or holidays.
• Unlimited bonus potential for successfully approved agent contracts.

• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and utilize company agent tools and resources.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office;
  Salesforce experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
