Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $30.32 - $39.42 / hour

Supports a broad range of competency-based learning and organizational development projects and programs related to onboarding and orientation of new staff and leaders at System, Service-Line and Departmental levels. Develops project plans to enhance new hire retention, builds collaborative relationships and partnerships with all levels of the organization in the identification and implementation of onboarding solutions. Functions as an internal development consultant, group facilitator, and change agent for all levels of personnel.

Supports all aspects of the System Onboarding program and its associated functions and services. This position provides educational needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of onboarding-related projects and programs.

• Associate’s degree (Required)
• Professional certification (PHR/SPHR) accepted in lieu of Associate’s degree.
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

• Minimum 5 Years (Required)
• Experience in Onboarding or Human Resources.
