Hardware/Firmware QA EngineerWe are seeking a Hardware/Firmware
QA Engineer to support product quality across all releases. In this role, you will define and drive QA strategy, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of security, reliability, and performance. This is a full-time, direct hire role in Fort Myers, FL (
Hybrid schedule).
- Work in a QA lab environment, including hardware, storage devices, firmware, and endpoint systems.
- Design scalable test environments that replicate real-world enterprise and government scenarios.
- Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans across all products.
- Build automated regression, stress, and security test suites that scale with product growth.
- Define and continuously improve QA processes, embedding them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize automation performance.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Security teams to align QA strategy with business and technical priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in hardware/firmware QA test engineering.
- Strong background in developing and executing both manual and automated test cases.
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops, Selenium).
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Slack).
