This position is responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and publishing of content for our e-commerce website using our Content Management System.

• Supports daily execution of content publishing including uploading assets, tagging, QA, and deployment for site homepages, landing pages, and promotional marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey.
• Proofs and publishes image assets and copy, add and validate links, and ensures published content is mobile optimized to meet web performance best practices.
• Manages quality assurance and usability; ensures all images, copy and products are functioning and rendering properly on-site.
• Coordinates approvals for on-site content and promotional messaging within the stage environment.
• Supports internal digital teams on page set-up for A/B tests and personalized content.
• Conducts daily site QA and content audits.
• Identifies and troubleshoots solutions for web production challenges.
• Other duties assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience
• 1+ years in ecommerce, digital agency or web production environment
• Passion for digital culture, publishing and e-commerce
• Executes work effectively by meeting deadlines, and keeping key stakeholders informed of web production updates
• Experience with content management systems or web publishing software a plus
• Strong communication and partnering skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly effective in cross-functional environments
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in project management and Wrike or JIRA a plus
