100% Onsite
We are seeking Desktop Technicians to support critical infrastructure and hardware operations across multiple facilities. This is a hands‑on role for candidates with experience in IT support, hardware deployment, networking, field services, desktop support, or data center environments.
Key Responsibilities- Hardware builds, imaging, and deployment
- Device and peripheral support
- Layer 1 & Layer 2 troubleshooting
- Rack & stack, cabling, and connectivity support
- Windows and Linux environments
- Ticket management and technical issue resolution
- Change management and incident response
- 1+ year of hands‑on IT or infrastructure experience
- Hardware troubleshooting and deployment experience
- Networking fundamentals (cabling, patching, connectivity)
- Windows experience and basic Linux knowledge
- Experience with Service Now or other ticketing systems is a plus
- Ability to work onsite and be flexible with day or night shift schedules
