Responsibilities- Assess and analyze the current Sage X3 ERP environment and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support system stabilization efforts by troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
- Perform configuration, customization, and development within the Sage X3 platform.
- Document business processes and recommend improvements to maximize system effectiveness.
- Provide technical and functional support to end users and business stakeholders.
- Assist with data integrity, system performance, and process optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Partner with leadership to establish best practices and support future growth initiatives.
- 3+ years of hands-on Sage X3 experience.
- Experience supporting, enhancing, or stabilizing ERP environments.
- Strong understanding of Sage X3 modules, workflows, and business processes.
- Experience creating reports and working with ERP data.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system and process issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Sage X3 development experience including 4GL, customizations, and integrations.
- Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, or financial operations.
- SQL experience and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.
- Ability to provide both functional and technical guidance.
- Experience participating in ERP upgrades, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
