A well-established litigation team is seeking a driven and hard-working General Liability Attorney to join its dynamic practice. This role offers the opportunity to defend businesses and individuals in a wide range of legal matters, including premises liability, products liability, and various tort claims. The ideal candidate is a proactive legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their litigation skills.

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Effectively communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients.

• Active member of the Florida Bar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required.
