• Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, submittals, procurement, and field coordination.
• Collaborate closely with general contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Support estimating, scheduling, and manpower planning as needed.

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, piping, and sheet metal work.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management and construction software.

• Competitive base salary $80,000 – $110,000+ (commensurate with experience)
