Director of Social Services

As a Director of Social Services at Page Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while fostering a supportive and inclusive community.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Social Services to lead our social services department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating social services programs to meet the needs of our residents, their families, and our staff. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our services align with the highest standards of care and quality.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate social services programs to meet the needs of our residents, their families, and our staff
• Lead and manage the social services department, including supervising a team of social workers and activity coordinators
• Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and activities, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and community resources to support our residents' needs
• Provide guidance and support to residents, their families, and our staff on social service-related issues
• Monitor and report on program outcomes and resident satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Prior experience in a long term care facility required
• Strong leadership and management skills
