We are seeking an experienced Bagel Baker to join our team. We are also willing to train the right candidate. As a Bagel Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bagels while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Your duties will include mixing ingredients, shaping dough, boiling and baking bagels, and ensuring that the kitchen and baking equipment are kept clean and organized.

The baking shift is ~10 pm - 5 am every night except Sundays. Our bakers work in a rotating team of 2-3 people per shift. Bagel baking is a fast-paced skill that we will teach you. Must be able to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 +/- pounds.

• Mixing and kneading dough to create bagel dough
• Shaping and forming the bagel dough
• Boiling the bagels in water
• Baking the bagels in a commercial oven
• Preparing ingredients to be used in sandwiches
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen and baking equipment
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Willing to train the right candidate

• Overnight shift (10 pm - 5 am) every day except Sunday night; must work Fridays & Saturday nights

• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Salary:
Dependent upon experience
