• Examines specifications of the customer’s order using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine the characteristics of the finished item, materials to be used, and machine setup requirements.
• Fabricates work pieces as determined by work order specifications.
• Retrieves correct materials and performs various fabrication duties.
• Examines work pieces visually, by touch, or by using a tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure the product meets required standards.
• Packages items for shipping. Installs protective devices to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
• Follows company safety policy and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Typically 0-2 years of experience.

• Must have Forklift Experience
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products
• There will be cutting and bending of rebar with 1/2" tolerances using a machine
