B2B Marketing Strategist

The B2B Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive referral growth, strengthen provider relationships, and elevate the organization’s presence within the professional healthcare community. This role oversees all B2B-facing marketing initiatives—including planning, creative oversight, digital and traditional campaigns, event strategy, media relations, and analytics—to support sustainable growth in referring provider volume and engagement.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop the annual B2B marketing plan, outlining key campaigns, initiatives, events, sponsor ships, and speaking engagements that support referral growth and organizational visibility.
  • Oversee all B2B strategy and implementation from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team on all B2B strategies including gifting, new initiatives, target provider lists, messaging, event planning and presentations.
  • Plan and manage strategic B2B marketing expenditures, ensuring budget alignment and ROI-focused decision‑making.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions that support B2B market expansion, provider engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and candidate preferences to refine marketing tactics continually.
  • Develop strong campaign messaging and value propositions that resonate with referring providers.
  • Lead B2B digital advertising efforts in collaboration with agency partners; ensure messaging, creative, and targeting align with strategy and allocated budgets.
  • Partner with traditional media agencies to implement campaigns consistent with strategic priorities and brand standards.
  • Manage the overall brand look and messaging of B2B campaigns, ensuring they reflect the core brand while being tailored for professional/referral‑facing audiences.
  • Drive B2B media relations efforts through agency collaboration, including earned media opportunities, thought leadership, and professional exposure.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, campaign analytics, and internal performance metrics to optimize strategies, ultimately improving ROI.
  • Create and manage communications designed to build, nurture, and engage targeted referring providers—keeping prospective candidates informed, inspired, and connected to Elite DNA.
Provider Experience & Technology Integration
  • Oversee and continually refine B2B marketing workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technology and operations teams to improve the referring provider database and reporting to ensure accuracy, usability, and clean data structures.
  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing and Website Developer to support referring providers, including referral pathways, partnership information, and other B2B‑facing site experiences.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
  • Evaluate B2B marketing program performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Provide leadership with clear reporting, insights, and recommendations for optimizing B2B strategies and driving provider growth.
  • Monitor KPIs related to referral volume, engagement, campaign performance, and brand visibility.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2‑5 years of dedicated marketing experience, ideally in B2B marketing within complex organizations such as healthcare, professional services, or a regulated industry.
  • Proven experience developing multi‑channel marketing plans and leading agency partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, campaign targeting, and performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, develop workflows, and oversee brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Word Press, Constant Contact, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Monday or similar platforms.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience in reporting, dashboarding, and performance management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment with multiple evolving priorities.
