In This Role, You’ll Get To…
  • Work directly with a portfolio of clients as their direct point of contact at WebFX, educating them through clear communication, and helping them achieve their goals
  • Develop and foster long-lasting client relationships to maintain our world-class retention rate
  • Analyze performance data (in Google Analytics and Revenue

    Cloud

    FX) and prepare monthly digital marketing campaign reports
  • Develop appropriate SEO strategies and action plans based on data
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to ensure a positive ROI for clients
  • Perform research to ensure client success, including keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Devise content strategy and outlines for our copywriters and manage execution of web content based on client goals
  • Manage ideation, planning, and execution of CRO projects and champion CRO best practices
  • Perform A/B testing, usability testing, and website conversion rate testing to determine effective approaches and provide recommendations
  • Interpret web analytics, demographic data, and market research to generate and execute strategies
  • Supportbackend website updates to correct errors and implement content

A Typical ‘Day in the Life’ Might Consist of:

  • 5% analyzing competitors and making recommendations
  • 5% creating reports for client campaigns
  • 10% working in the backend of websites, fixing technical issues, and implementing content
  • 15% analyzing data and identifying deliverables
