About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our Agency Partners, the external media agencies that run performance campaigns on our behalf. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for agencies managing traffic across social, native, display, paid search, and other acquisition channels.
Your core objective is to help agencies succeed by providing them with guidance, performance insights, creative direction, and growth frameworks that enable them to scale profitable campaigns. You’ll ensure they have the tools, data, and support needed to allocate budgets effectively and achieve revenue and margin goals.
Key Responsibilities Agency Relationship Management- Serve as the primary daily contact for Agency Partners running campaigns for Eightpoint.
- Provide proactive support, clear communication, and timely guidance to help agencies scale spend while maintaining performance targets.
- Host regular check‑ins to review pacing, strategy, creative testing, and channel opportunities.
- Track agency campaign performance across social, native, display, search, and emerging placements and interpret trends around CTR, conversion rate, margin, and revenue KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, or reallocation across geos, devices, audiences, and creative angles.
- Flag performance anomalies early and collaborate with agencies to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
- Develop account growth plans for each agency by identifying scalable traffic sources, content pairings, and new campaign constructs.
- Provide agencies with creative guidance, landing page insights, content recommendations, and competitive benchmarks to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share learnings that support agency success (content, product, analytics).
- Maintain accurate reporting on agency performance, pacing, and budget utilization.
- Analyze data to produce actionable insights and communicate them clearly to agency stakeholders.
- Support forecasting and weekly/monthly business reviews.
- Ensure agencies follow internal workflows, compliance requirements, and proper attribution practices.
- Assist with agency onboarding, including training on best practices and internal tools.
- Support Creative, Content, and Product teams with feedback loops sourced from agency insights.
- A strong communicator capable of building trust and rapport with agencies and external partners.
- Comfortable reviewing performance data and drawing actionable conclusions, even if you’re early in your marketing career.
- Skilled in Excel/Sheets functions such as SUMIFS, lookups, and pivot tables.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple agency relationships and fast‑moving campaign workflows.
- Excited by digital marketing, performance campaigns, and understanding how creative, audiences, and media buying drive business outcomes.
- Familiarity with paid social, native, programmatic, or search advertising is a plus.
- Experience with SQL/Redshift is a plus, though curiosity and willingness to develop new analytical skills are equally valuable.
