Compensation: $120,000 annually (1099)

Coastal Med Urgent Care is expanding, and we?re seeking a highly motivated, self-directed, and competent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our new state-of-the-art urgent care center in South Fort Myers, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or confident advanced practice provider to make a meaningful impact in a community-centered clinic that values compassion, efficiency, and professionalism.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Deliver patient-centered care with professionalism and strong bedside manner
• Perform minor procedures, order and interpret labs/imaging, and prescribe medications
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth and timely patient flow
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Promote a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment

• Active Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Required)
• National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• Current DEA license (or eligible)
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical competency and comfort in an autonomous setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance, reliability, and a positive team attitude

• Great bedside manner
• Efficient, organized, and adaptable
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Full-time or Part-time
• Must be available to work one to two weekends per month
