Position: RN Women's Health (Hiring Incentives Available)

Location: Health Park Medical Center, Fort Myers, FL

Work Type: Full-time & Part-time Available
Shifts: Nights (7 p.m. to NUMX–7:30 a.m.)
Pay Rate: $30.27 - $40.86/hour PLUS $6.00 Shift Differential

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join key roles within our Women's Health Nursing department. Available Opportunities
  • Antepartum RN (Full Time - Nights) - Join the Antepartum team to care for patients prior to delivery in our Health Park Medical Center location. Ideal candidates have at least one year of antepartum experience and a commitment to excellent patient care.
  • Mom‑Baby RN (Full & Part Time - Nights) - Work in the Mom & Baby unit caring for new mothers and their infants. We are seeking an RN with mother‑baby unit experience who is ready to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care.

    Your Role & Impact

    As a Registered Nurse on our Mom‑Baby or Antepartum team, you will play a vital role in the safe and compassionate delivery of patient care, using your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills across all aspects of nursing practice, serving as a clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and lifelong learner.

    You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure every patient receives the highest qualityவ்வ care in alignment with the American Nurses Association standards, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and our organizational mission and values.

    Every interaction you have makes a difference, from recognizing the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient to helping families feel supported and informed throughout their journey. Guided by the Code of Ethics for Nurses, you will help advance our shared commitment to excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement in care delivery.

    Requirements

    Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required;
    Associates or Bachelors preferred.

    Experience Requirements: Experience required. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment. Experience requirements may vary by department. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements.

    Certification Requirements: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Certification requirements may vary by department. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements.

    License Requirements: Currently licensed in the State of Florida.

    Other Requirements: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
