Avow is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide general medical care across home, hospital, and facility settings under the medical director. You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, support advanced care planning, and coordinate services for diverse patient populations.
Required are Florida APRN licensure, national NP certification, DEA registration, and ACHPN certification (or plan to obtain within 2 years).
